Addressing Discrimination

Students at SPU

It is the policy of 西雅图 Pacific University not to discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, 性, 年龄, 残疾, or genetic information in its programs or activities, as required by applicable laws and regulations.  The University has different procedures for addressing discrimination and harassment depending on the situation.  

For formal complaints alleging 性ual harassment that are subject the rules of 34 CFR 106.45, the University’s Title IX Sexual Harassment Grievance Process 适用于.  

For other complaints of discrimination or discriminatory harassment by the University, the University’s Discrimination and Harassment Grievance Procedure generally 适用于.  

Situations involving discrimination or harassment by one undergraduate student against another generally will be addressed pursuant to the Student Accountability Process.
